  1. Review of minutes from last meeting(s)
  2. Garage sale summary
    1. Earned appx. $700 for shared CiB expenses
    2. Some items taken to Jon's estate sale for a 50% recovery
    3. Cash is stored in Kristin's personal account
  3. Theme camp registration
    1. Due May 31
    2. DTM: Plan/map
    3. Additional written items
      1. Kat, Dao, Howdy
  4. Luc will search Craigslist for additional shade structure
  5. Meal planning
    1. Same as last year (pre-cook, vac-pack, freeze)
    2. Start thinking about what you want to make
    3. Next meeting: bring your menu
  6. Alcohol/vitamins
    1. Phil will buy beer. Your job: be realistic about how many and what kind of beer you want per day.
    2. Phil will make mojitos like last year.
    3. We will stop in OR liquor store
  7. SAVE THE DATE: June 8.
    1. Blackbird office happy hour (private, CiB only)
    2. Followed by catsuits and umbrellas at Greenlake.
    3. P. will check status of umbrellas
  8. Fortunes: Bette will send an announcement soliciting new fortunes. Use this blank to make sure your fortunes fit.
    1. When fortunes are submitted, collated, and printed, we will have a cutting party (next meeting?)
  9. Head count:

    There are 10 seats on the bus currently, potential for 12 seats if the roof rack is installed.
