1. Camp joiners: WE NEED TO MAKE A DECISION HERE FOLKS, including setting a cut-off date and a protocol for how to deal with new members
   1. Phil suggests:
      1. If people want to join, we have them send a message consisting of
         1. who am I
         2. why do I want to join CiB?
         3. what do I know about CiB?
         4. what do I have to offer CiB?
         5. what is my conception about Burning Man and the Playa Experience?
            Then we have a "Shallow Grave" type of interview
      2. If one of us acts as an advocate for a newbie
         1. include the answers to the questions above
         2. the advocate implicitly assumes that he or she will pick up the slack for the newbie
